Labs and Gambit Communications Enter Into Cross-Marketing Agreement

VALLEY, CA - (May 1, 2001) - InterWorking Labs, Inc. (IWL), the leading developer
of SNMP testing solutions, and Gambit Communications, the leading provider
of network management simulation tools, today announced a cross-marketing
agreement . Under the terms of the agreement, IWL and Gambit will provide
new customers with a coupon redeemable for a limited time-out license of the
complimentary company’s software product.
For
InterWorking Labs customers, a coupon for MIMIC Full will be sent to those
interested in obtaining an evaluation copy of the 100 agent license with a
90-day time out. MIMIC Full normally retails for $8,995 without the time-out.
Gambit customers who indicate interest in the evaluation of SilverCreek, will
receive a coupon good for a 30-day license of SilverCreek Standard Edition,
which retails for $3,995 without the timeout.
